LS1 is part of the upcycle series, a line of home furnishings designed to take advantage of emerging technologies and processes to create high end furnishings with low environmental impact. LS1’s shell was conceived to be made using approximately 800 recycled milk bottles. The piece is designed for disassembly and will be completely recyclable.
